Inverse modeling#

Tools to fit the kinetic parameters of a ReactionSystem to given data (e.g., experimentally obtained).

nskinetics.ReactionSystem.fit_reaction_kinetic_parameters_to_data(...)

Fit reaction kinetic parameters to experimental time-series data.

nskinetics.fit_michaelis_menten(data, E0[, ...])

Fit Michaelis-Menten parameters (kcat, KM) from data in a DataFrame, dict, or Excel file.
